Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
MagalufLive is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. We believe that everyone should be able to browse our events, make bookings and access information with ease, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
What We Are Doing
We are taking the following steps to ensure our website is as accessible as possible:
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structures, landmark regions and semantic elements to ensure our content is well-organised and easy to navigate with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements on our website, including links, buttons and form fields, can be accessed and operated using a keyboard alone.
- Colour Contrast: We aim to maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background colours to ensure readability for users with low vision or colour vision deficiencies.
- Alternative Text: We provide descriptive alternative text for all meaningful images on our website, so that users who cannot see images can understand their content.
- Responsive Design: Our website is designed to work across a range of devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets and mobile phones, and supports text resizing without loss of content or functionality.
- Focus Indicators: We maintain visible focus indicators on interactive elements so that keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
- Form Accessibility: All form fields include clear labels and instructions, and error messages are presented in a way that is accessible to screen reader users.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Known limitations include:
- Some third-party content embedded on our website (such as external booking widgets, social media feeds or video players) may not be fully accessible. We are working with our third-party providers to improve this.
- Some older images on event pages may have limited or generic alternative text. We are progressively updating these.
- PDF documents linked from our website may not be fully accessible. Where possible, we provide the same information in accessible HTML format.
We are continuously working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. If you encounter any barriers, we want to hear from you.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
We test our website using a combination of automated accessibility tools and manual testing with assistive technologies to identify and address issues.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, navigating the site or completing a booking, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please contact us:
